This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Make GIF ("we", "our", or "the app") handles your information. Please read it carefully before using the app.

1. Summary

Easy Make GIF processes your videos, photos, and GIFs on your device. We do not upload your media to our servers for editing or conversion.

The app may show ads provided by third-party advertising partners. Those partners may collect certain technical and usage data to deliver and measure ads, as described below.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store the following on our own servers:

• Your name, email address, or phone number (unless you contact us directly)
• Photos, videos, Live Photos, or GIFs you import, edit, or create
• The content of files you process in the app

3. Permissions We Request

Easy Make GIF requests the following device permissions solely to deliver its core features. Media processing happens locally on your device.

• Photos / Media Library – to let you select videos, Live Photos, and images as GIF sources, and to save finished GIFs to your Photos library.
• Camera – to allow real-time video recording for the "Video to GIF" feature.
• Microphone – required by iOS when the camera is used for video recording. We do not use recorded audio for any purpose beyond what iOS requires for video capture.

You may revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.

4. Data Storage (Your Media)

Temporary files (such as GIFs being processed) are stored in the app's sandboxed temporary directory and are removed when no longer needed or when the app is deleted. Your media is not sent to us for storage.

5. Advertising

Easy Make GIF may display advertisements from third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob or similar providers). Ads help keep the app available at no charge or at a lower cost.

Ad partners may automatically collect information when you use the app, including:

• Device type, operating system version, and general device settings
• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS), if you have allowed tracking, or other non-personal device identifiers
• IP address (often used in a generalized or truncated form for ad delivery and fraud prevention)
• App interactions related to ads (for example, whether an ad was shown or tapped)
• Approximate location derived from IP address (not precise GPS from us)

We do not sell your photos, videos, or GIFs to advertisers. Ad partners use the data above to show relevant ads, limit how often you see an ad, and measure ad performance, in line with their own privacy policies.

On iOS, you may see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track" or disable tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, ad partners will have limited ability to use your advertising identifier for cross-app tracking. You may still see ads; they may be less personalized.

When we integrate a specific ad provider, we will update this policy if needed to name that provider and link to its privacy policy.

6. Other Third-Party Services

Besides advertising, Easy Make GIF does not use social login or cloud accounts tied to your media. If we add optional analytics or crash reporting in the future to improve stability, we will describe what is collected in an updated version of this policy.

7. Children's Privacy

Easy Make GIF is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Third-party ad networks may have their own rules regarding ads shown to users in certain age groups, as required by law and platform policies.

8. Your Choices

• Permissions: Revoke Photos, Camera, or Microphone access in iOS Settings.
• Tracking: Manage ad tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Personalized ads (iOS): You can limit ad personalization under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add features (such as new ad partners) or when laws change. We will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
